Reviewed Exclusions
Iran Monitor has formally assessed 166 serious candidates. 114 met both inclusion criteria; 52 did not. This register preserves the principal reason for excluding the latter cases.
What an exclusion means
Exclusion is a coding decision under the Iran Monitor criteria. It does not imply that the person was unimportant, that the reported death did not occur, or that later evidence could never justify reassessment.
